What we believe
As a member of the Baptist Union, we hold its Declaration of Principle.
- Jesus Christ, God made flesh, is the sole and absolute authority on faith and practice, as revealed in the Holy Scriptures. Each church interprets and administers his laws under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
- Christian baptism is by immersion in water, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, for those who profess repentance towards God and faith in Jesus, who died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day.
- Every disciple should bear personal witness to the gospel and take part in the evangelisation of the world.
